How to Place an Order

Ordering from Gadget & Revive only takes a few minutes, and you don't need an account to do it — you can check out as a guest and still track your order afterward. Here's exactly how the whole process works, from finding a product to getting your order number.

1. Find what you need

Browse the full catalog under Products, or book a repair under Services. You can search by name, brand or category using the search bar at the top of any page, and filter results by price, brand and category once you're inside a category.

2. Add to Cart

Open any product page and choose a quantity, then select Add to Cart — or use Buy Now to add the item and jump straight to checkout in one step. Neither button requires you to sign in first. If you're not logged in, your cart is kept against a private session on your device, so it stays with you as you keep browsing.

3. Review your cart

Click the Cart icon in the header at any time to open your cart. From there you can adjust quantities, remove items, and see your running subtotal before you commit to anything. When you're ready, select Proceed to Checkout.

4. Checkout

The checkout page asks for three things:

• Contact information — your name, phone number, and (recommended) an email address so you can be reached about your order.
• Delivery address — pick your Division, District and, if available, Area, then add your full address (house/road/block details).
• Payment method — choose bKash, Cash on Delivery, or Bank Transfer. Each shows what to expect next once your order is placed.

You can also add optional notes for anything the delivery or repair team should know.

5. Place your order

Select Place Order and you'll see a confirmation screen with your order number right away.

If you checked out without signing in, save your order number and the phone number you used — you'll need both to look up your order later, since a guest order isn't tied to an account.

6. Track your order

Head to Track Order at any time and enter your order number together with the phone number you checked out with to see its current status, items, delivery address and payment status.

Prefer to keep an account?

Signing in isn't required, but it's not required to skip either — if you'd rather have every order saved automatically instead of tracking by number, you can create a free account any time. Existing items in a guest cart carry over the moment you log in.
